OFTA’S 16-year-old goalkeeper might be small as per age and size but the teenager has kept on putting some good numbers in the Cameroon League 2 this season.
Limaleba was instrumental in OFTA’S first away victory against Matelots on match day 13 with a fearless, lovely all-round game.
Limaleba had an enviable passing accuracy, as well as he dominated his 18 yard box with fearless “come and get” balls for his team.
Despite failing to keep a clean sheet, Limaleba kept catching the eye of fans.
The lad told kick442.com after the game:” It was not easy playing away from home and the win was our first away victory, so we are delighted”.
“We were coming from three defeats and one victory so we needed to gather all three points in this one. I thank God who has made me play at this top level because it is really not easy. I am here due to the confidence of the coaches and the president,” the youngster ended
Limaleba has played all 13 games for the OFTA since the start of the season and conceded just 7 goals on their way to 17 points.
