Cameroon Elite Two side Leopard Sportif of Douala have completed the acquisition of Laurent George Djam as a free agent.
The former New Stars of Douala and Eding Sport de la Lekie trainer has agreed a new one-year-deal with officials of the Club, per Club sources this week.
Djam masterminded a star-studded Bamboutos FC team to a top place finish.
The 2017 Cup of Cameroon winner with 2019 Elite One winner with UMS of Loum is one of the most experienced trainer in the land, justifying his output and starting Leopards ambitions.
Coach Djam has already begin rebuilding his squad as Leopard hope to achieve a return to the top-flight.
The erstwhile Stade Renard of Melong and Botafogo of Douala head coach will be out to end Leopards’ long wait for promotion to Elite One.
Leopard will participate in the Elite Two Championship next term.
