Russian premier league rivals Krasnodar and FC Locomotiv Moscow are set to exercise their negotiations skills again as both clubs for the signature 26-year-old Cameroonian forward Jean-Pierre Nsame of Young Boys Berne.
Just like last term, Nsame has been impressive this season the Swiss champions. The one time Carquefou striker has scored 25 goals in 30 games this season.
This glittering performance from the ex FC Servette man has attracted interest from multiple clubs across Europe.
Nsame is on contract with the Berne club till the summer of 2023 but rumors of interest elsewhere is growing.
This week Russian media is reporting that Krasnodar and Locomotiv are monitoring the player’s situation and both clubs are willing to activate Nsame’s 15 Millions Euro release clause and take him out of Berne.
Premier League sides New Castel United and West Ham United have previously shown interest on the Douala native.
The ex Amiens man joined Young Boys in 2017 from Servette and has gone on to score 46 goals in appearances for the club.
His time at the club has been memorable as he has won two domestic league titles and the top scorer award in the 2016-2017 season.
He has won one cap for the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
Krasnodar and Locomotiv interest is a display of how ambitious both clubs giving that they tied on the second and third spot on the log in the Russian premier league.
