AS Kigali of Rwanda have secured the services of 24-year-old Cameroonian forward Kone Felix Lottin for what kick442.com understands is a two-year-deal.
The lethal finisher who arrives on the back of a great season at Dragon Yaounde was unveiled this Sunday through a club statement on Twitter which adds to the joy in the hearts of the fans.
“Citizens before celebrating our super cup trophy help us to,
welcome our New Signing, Kone Lottin who inks two year deal with As Kigali.”
Kone scored two hat tricks last season for Dragon and finished the season as their lead scorer with eight goals in the league – a performance which attracted the interest of AS Kigali.
The switch to the three times Rwandan champions ends Kone’s long stay on the books of Dragon of Yaounde and adds him on the list of Cameroonians to ply their trade next season in Rwanda.
The likes of Murdah Victor, Herve Eloundou Ngono, Hapmo Man Ykre have joined different Rwandan clubs this close season.
AS Kigali will start their season away to Etincelles of Murdah Victor next weekend. The game could mark Kone’s debut in the Rwandan Azam Premier League.
