The goalkeeping department will be a strong position for Edo Queens in the Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL Premiership due to the fact that the club has in their fold two capable and competent goalkeepers in Christy Ohiaeriaku and Obidinma Nkiruka who joined from last season’s fairy tale side, Adamawa Queens. They also have Rachael Udoka in their fold.
Christy Ohiaeriaku is armed with club and national team experience as she has been invited to Super Falcons and trained alongside top-rated Super Falcons goalkeepers like Chiamaka Nnadozie and Tochukwu Oluehi. Christy Ohiaeriaku is not a novice as far as the NWFL Premiership is concerned.
