Potential Indomitable of Cameroon forward Georges Kevin N’Koudou came off the bench to score in the last minute of his side’s two-nil win at home to Galatasaray in match-day 18 of the Turkish Super Lig championship.
The Black and whites took till the last 12 minutes of the game to achieve the desired to win all three points on offer.
Cameroon’s Vincent Aboubakar led the lines for the host from kick off without a telling effect all evening.
Besiktas introduced N’Koudou in the 67th minute of the game as they chased their first goal of the encounter.
Souza scored the opener for Besiktas in the 79th minute, just over 20 minutes after Mbaye Diagne had been sent off for Galatasaray.
In search of greater security at the midfield, forward Aboubakar Vincent was replaced by winger Gökhan Töre in the 87th minute of the game.
N’Koudou scored Besiktas’ second in the 91st minute, making it two-nil for the host.
Both sides failed to score in the remaining eight minutes of additional time, leaving the full-time score on 2-0 for Besiktas who go three points clear atop Fenerbahce who have a game in hand.
Thus Aboubakar’s Besiktas have won 12 of their 18 games this season amassing 38 points in that time.
Aboubakar is the Club’s lead scorer this season with nine goals to his credit.
