President Frank Happi of Union Sportive of Douala who doubles as the head of the Association of Elite Clubs in Cameroon has been in Zurich-Switzerland since Thursday where he is representing Elite Clubs in Cameroon in the first ever FIFA Law Review Seminar organized by the World Football governing body.
The event which brings together clubs representative from around the world is aimed at getting Football actors up to speed with developments in key aspects related the application of laws in relations to areas like transfer of players and provide a platform for clubs to table their worries experienced at the level of their different National Federations.
Speaking to kick4442.com from Switzerland this Friday morning which happens to be the final day of the Seminar, President Frank Happi;
“It is off course Great honor and pleasure to be here to represent my Country and Football actors who run Clubs. coming together always provide a platform for us to exchange knowledge.
We wish to have impact in this event and also use this opportunity to express our challenges”. Upon return I hope to share what i learn with my colleagues president Happi Added.
33 first and second tier clubs currently exists in Cameroon with Frank Happi’s Union Sportive Being one of the main clubs that has never been relagated since their creation in 1958.
FIFA Deputy Secretary General,Alasdair Bell is representing the top Boss,Gianni Infantino who is unavoidably absent from the event.
