Swiss Super League outfit FC Lausanne have announced the signing of 26-year DR Congo forward Jonathan Bolingi for the rest of the current season.

The forward joined FC Lausanne this Thursday from Belgian side Royal Antwerp who are owners of his services till the summer of 2022.

The Kinshasa native has struggled to get a run of games under his belt during the current season at Antwerp thus explaining the need to leave on the eve of an AFCON year.

The former TP Mazembe forward scored once in 14 appearances for Antwerp in the current season and hopes to get regular football during his time in Lausanne.

Bolingi is expected to bring all of his experience to the good of struggling FC Lausanne.

The striker has also represented CS Don Bosco, Jomo Cosmos, Standard Liege, KAS Eupen, Ankaragucu and Royal Mouscron.
