Two times Cameroon Elite One champions UMS of Loum have completed the signing of 23-year-old intermediate Lions of Cameroon defender Jimmy Njokam, kick442.com has learned.
The player penned a two-year contract with the 2016 winners of the Cup of Cameroon on Thursday evening in Yaoundé-Cameroon ending weeks of negotiations between related parties.
It is the first stop in Cameroon top-flight Championship for the erstwhile Buea United FC captain who camped with the intermediate Lions of Cameroon squad on instruction of coach Yves Clement Arroga last year.
Jimmy spent three seasons at Buea United FC and was a regular at the Club with exceptional ability to stick in a leg and great aptitude in the defensive side of the game.
Njokam also played for Kumbo strikers between 2015-2017.
The Elite One and Two transfers window in Cameroon closes this midnight.
