Cameroon Indomitable Lions 2017 AFCON winning forward, Ndip Tambe Robert this weekend his goal tally in the current Chinese second tier football championship season.
The 28-year-old opened the scoring for Shaangxi Chang’an at the 16th minute in his side’s 3 nil win over Suzhou Dongwu in the Chinese League One on Saturday November 27, 21.
Nigerian Super Eagles forward Kingsley Onuegbu increased tallies for the home side at the 28th minute.
Chinese youngster, Du Changjier buried the game with an 88th minute finish that put final scores at 3 nil.
Saturday’s strike increased Ndip Tambe’s goal tally for Shaangxi Chang’an to 11 goals in 24 games this season.
Ndip Tambe and Shaangxi Chang’an Athletic are presently ranked 8th on the classification table of the 18-club championship with 45 points after 27 matches played.
The forward who played major role during Cameroon’s triumph as champions of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon, joint Shaanxi Chang’an in 2020.
The experienced striker has been in the heart of Shaangxi Chang’an’s race in the league this season with the forward marking massive use of his physically energetic appearance on the green turf.
The forward will personally be hoping to increase his goal scoring figures in the final three games of the season to finish among the top scorers of the campaign.
The top scorers chart is currently led by an African trio of Nyasha Mushekwi from Zimbabwean and Nigerian strikers, Chisom Egbuchulam and Moses Ogbu. The three counts 20, 18 and 16 goals respectively.
