Scottish Premier League outfit Dundee United FC are close to completed the signing of 22-year-old Cameroon midfielder Jeando Fuchs.
The versatile defensive midfielder is in advanced negotiations to join the Scottish Club from Spanish side Deportivo Alavés.
The native of Yaoundé-Cameroon struggled for game time since switching to the Spanish LaLiga in 2019 after making over 100 appearances for French franchise FC Sochaux.
The former Macabbi Haifa midfielder has agreed personal terms and is said to join Micky Mellon’s team on a three-year deal.
Fuchs represented the French national team at the youth categories, playing nine games for the U-19s and five for their U-20s before switching his allegiance to the country of his birth and made his debut for the Indomitable Lions on November 20, 2018 in a friendly against Brazil.
The player will train isolation for two weeks when he arrives Scotland, making him available for the Club only after the upcoming international break.
