Fullback Jeando Fuchs took to his social media handle after he was left out of Seedorf’s final list of 23 made public by the Cameroon gaffer on Tuesday, June 12, in their camp in Doha.
On the right back’s recent Instagram post, he said:’I am disappointed not to have represented my nation in this African cup of nations because of a little knock that stops me from being a hundred percent fit, but I have confidence in the boys and I know they’ll do all to bring the trophy back’.
The 22-year-old has since the end of the football season struggled with injuries at then club, Sochaux even before penning a new deal with Spanish top flight club Deportivo Alaves.
Jeando Fuchs was handed his national team debut by Seedorf on the 20th of November 2018 in a friendly against Brazil.
The agility and the speed of Fuchs can only mean the football of Cameroon is in good hands for at least a decade to follow.
