Christian Fassnacht doubled the lead in the 24th minute before 24-year-old Portuguese dedender Ulisses Garcia made it three nil three minutes later.
Young Boys Bern took a two-nil lead to the half time break.
Upon the interval, Cameroon’s Yvan Alounga was introduced in the first minute.
With the men from Bern looking like cruising, Marvin Schulz pulled one back for the host.
Dejan Sorgić made it 3-2 putting coach Gerrardo Soane’s team in difficulties in the last 27 minutes.
Nsame was replaced in the 73rd minute by Cameroon-eligible forward Jordan Siebatcheu while Ngamaleu was replaced five minutes later.
The game ended on a 3-2 score in favor of Young Boys Bern who keep top spot in the domestic championship with a five points advantage.
