Free-scoring Cameroonian forward Jean-Pierre Nsame was at it again this Saturday as his side Young Boys Berne overcame FC Lausanne-Sport by 2-0.
Young Boys were host of the game and opted to start with Nsame on the bench, and Nicolas Ngamaleu on the pitch.
Both sides separated on a virgin score in the first half.
A 55 Shot from Moumi Ngamaleu was deflected to the crossbar before Mambimbi hit the post with a 60th minute shot as Yong Boys edge closer to getting a goal.
Nsame came in for compatriot Nicolas Ngamaleu and minutes later, he benefitted from a penalty won by Martins to put Young Boys on the lead after 68 minutes at the Stade de Suisse.
A great combination between Gaudino and Fassnacht made it two nil for the host with 113 minutes of the game gone.
The score stayed at two nil till full time handing Young Boys a win their first game in 85 days.
The club will continue in the days ahead in anticipation of the resumption of the domestic championship on Friday, 19 June, 2020.
Nsame is the club’s lead scorer with 18 goals this term, and even in friendly games.
Young Boys Berne are joint leaders with 45 points from 23 games will face FC Zurich in their first game.
