Horoya AC have offered Senegalese born shot-stopper Khadim Ndiaye a three years contract extension in the ranks of the Guniean top flight club.
The 34 yrs old Senegalese sensational joined Horoya AC in November 2013 from Senegalese side ASC Diaraf with his contract due to expire in June 2019.
The club has also expressed commitment to finance his training to become a technical member in near future.
Ndiaye suffered a double leg break in their CAF Champions league quater final return leg match on Saturday against Wydad Athletic of Cassablanca.
The first choice keeper’s injury will keep him from action for at least 6 months and might make a possible return in November.
Horoya lost to Wydad Athletic at the complex Sportive Prince Abdullah-Mouray in Rabat, Morocco despite keeping the 2017 champions at Bay in Guinea.
Ndiaye has kept 3 clean sheets in his last 5 encounters. He made three crucial saves during their home CAF-CL against Wydad, an interception and Clearance within his 89 minutes of playtime before his injury.
Khadim Ndiaye’s new contract ends in 2022 and his return to action for Horoya is highly awaited.
