Manchester United are poised to sign on-loan Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo permanently in the summer transfer window.
According to reports from the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are ready to activate the option of making the loan move permanent and make the 30-year-old forward a permanent addition to their team in the next transfer window.
They will therefore have to pay the sum of €16 million to Chinese outfit Shanghai Shenhua from where he joint United in January on loan.
The former Watford forward has scored 4 goals in 8 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions.
His is yet to open his Premier League account with the 20 times English Champions in four league games.
