This Pan-African Sports news portal can exclusively confirm the resignation of Royal Queens Football Club Assistant Coach, Ifunaya Patricia.
According to the female coach, she resigned as a result of the unprofessional nature of the Club.
“The unprofessional nature in which the Club is being administered made me resign. The Club doesn’t do things in the right and legal way. I don’t have any binding contract with Club before my resignation.” She told www.kick442.com.
“My brother died and I took permission to attend his burial which was granted. When I returned, I was paid half salary.” She concluded.
Her resignation came after the resignation of Coach Abayomi Olorunda who left his position as the Club head coach weeks to the kick-off of the 2021 NWFL Premiership season after leading the club to promotion to the top flight.
He was replaced by Mene Paul.
