30-year-old French born Mauritania international midfielder Ibréhima Coulibaly has joint LeMan FC, barely a few days after he was released by French Ligue 2 outfit Grenoble Foot.
Coulibaly was released alongside side Cameroon offensive midfielder Arsène Elogo and French defender Eric Vandebeele.
The three players were considered to be surplus to requirements by Grenoble’s coach Philippe Hinschberger.
LeMan who were relegated from the French second tier to the third tier, announced the arrival of the midfielder, who is now their fifth summer signing.
They had earlier on signed Bendjaloud Youssouf, Maxime Bernauer, Victor Glaentzlin and Julio Donisa.
The duration of Coulibaly’s contract with has not been made public.
LeMan’s coach Didier Ollé-Nicolle will be looking to make the most from the experience of the 30-year-old who played close to 100 league games for Grenoble since joining them in 2016 Dunkerque.
In the 2019-2020 season, the Mauritanian international featured in 17 league games for Grenoble in the French Ligue 2.
