28-year-old Malian international defender Hamari Traoré has ended the silence over his future, as the Rennes defender has been heavily linked with a move to reigning French Champions PSG.
According to reports from L’Equipe, Traoré is in serious reflections over his future with Rennes.
“For now I am leaving everything with my agent. We’ll see what he’ll propose,” Traoré told L’Equipe.
“We’ll also see the different offers. I’ll get what I deserve. So together we’ll all see what I deserve.”
Hamari Traoré joint Rennes in the summer of 2017 and his contract with the Breton club runs till June 2021.
Traoré was responding to reports linking him with a move to PSG, as Thomas Tuchel’s team are looking for a potential replacement for their Belgian right-back Thomas Mounier.
“It means what I have been doing has not been passing unnoticed. I now find myself in a situation in which I have to reflect on all aspects,” Traoré added.
“With my agent, we have always worked like this. Of course PSG makes everyone dream. It’s a big club. And if such a club takes interest in you it means you must have been doing some good things.”
The former Lierse and Reims defender has won 21 caps for the Eagles of Mali.
