Ghana Premier League side, Accra Great Olympics have announced the signing of the talented midfielder James Akaminko on a free transfer.
The 25-year-old chap completed a two-year deal with an option of renewal after a successful negotiations.
Akaminko was without a club after his three-year contract with US Tataouine was terminated due to unimpressed performance during the team’s preseason exercise.
He joined US Tataouine after the expiration of his contract with Ashanti Gold SC.
He made fifteen appearances for Ashanti Gold SC in the truncated 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
Akaminko also had a stint with Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC but he left after one season due to lack of regular playing time.
