The Confederation of African Football, CAF has named Ghana’s FA President and four others in her top standing committees for the 2019-2021 cycle.
In a statement issued by CAF on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the GFA President, Mr. Edwin Semeon Okraku will serve on the ‘Organising Committee of Africa Cup of Nations as a member while Mr. Mark Addo who is the Vice President of the FA has also been named as a member on the ‘organising committee for U-17, U-20, and U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.’
The other appointments are;
Mr. Ransford Abbey, Member of Committee for Legal Affairs and National Associations
Dr. David Kofi Prince Pambo, Member of the medical committee.
Mahamadu Nuru Deen Jawula, member of the organising committee for the interclub competitions and management of CAF club Licensing System and
Lawyer Thaddeus Sory, the vice president for the Appeal Board,
A comprehensive list of men with a good knowledge of the African game has been published by the Confederation of African Football and they will manage their respective responsibilities going forward.
