Gaël Bella Ondoua’s Hannover 96 have returned to winning ways this Saturday away at Erzegirbe in match-day 31 of the German Bundesliga 2 championship.
The club battling for their Bundesliga 2 life picked up a commanding 3-1 win away to Erzegirbe thanks to a great performance from Ondoua and mates.
First-half goals for Hannover from Julian Börner and Hendrik Weydandt in the third and 23rd minutes respectively plus a 75th minute strike from Sebastian Kerk had just one reply from John-Patrick Strauß in the 54th minute as the visitor pounced on their relegation threatened host.
In all these Gaël Ondoua was busy with the dirty job in midfield breaking opposition play and regaining possession for his team.
The victory takes Hannover up to the 14th spot on the log with 35 points from 29 with five games left this season.
Ondoua who helped Cameroon reach an eight FIFA World Cup tournament earlier this month has featured in 22 Bundesliga games and appeared thrice in the cup.
Hannover host Fortuna Dusseldorf next weekend.
