Colombe of Dja and Lobo will have to go back to the market for a coach hopefully to build on their third-placed finish in the 2019-2020 season.
Club sources has told kick442.com that the former Fovu of Baham fitness coach has left Colombe this Wednesday, June 17, 2020, citing family reasons though r
reports of a new job elsewhere continue gathering evidence.
Zabo and his Colombe side surprised many in the just-ended season as for once the Colombe wasn’t involved in the last minute survival race.
Colombe of Dja and Lobo ended the season on the 3rd spot as they recorded 12 wins and 9 draws in 28 league games.
The gaffer has been linked with a move to four Clubs in the country viz; Stade Renard of Melong, Cotonsport of Garoua, Bamboutos FC of Mbouda and his former Club Fovu of Baham.
A week ago, this portal gathered that Fovu officials were keen on the acquisition of the retired goalkeeper, now coach.
We understand Stade Renard of Melong are in advance negotiation for the recruitment of the gaffer and could complete the deal for the coach this week.
Zabo has over ten years of experience in the Cameroon Elite One championship, and will certainly not be out of work for long.
