Veteran Indomitable Lions of Cameroon sweeper Adolphe Teikeu Kamgang has picked up another injury in his return for his French Ligue 2 side Dijon.
Teikeu, 32 returning for the first time in two months lasted just 18 minutes before going down due to the influence of pains in his groin which will likely keep him out for some time again.
The 2017 Total Energies African Cup of Nations winner with the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon has only made three appearances for his club this season, largely because of an injury.
Despite the dissapointment of losing their most-experienced defender to the injury, Dijon rallied and won the game by 1-0 thanks to a 36 minutes strike from experienced Mickaël Le Bihan.
Teikeu and Franklin Wadja represented the Cameroon contingent in the Caen starting XI while compatriots Ahmed Ngouyamsa started in started for Dijon and Wility Younoussa came on as a substitute in the final 13 minutes.
Dijon are 12th in the league and Caen occupies the 13th spot after the Match-Day 27 fixture.
