FIFA has instructed Algerian side Mouloudia Olympique de Béjaïa, MOB to pay the sum of over 500 Millions FCFA to 24-year-old Malian forward Malick Toure.
The Djoliba of Mali forward spent the 2018-2019 season on the books of the Algerian side but it ended on a sour note as despite netting five goals in 27 games the club was relegated.
The relegation of Mouloudia prompted the move to MOB’s rivals ES Setif.
The one time Mali under 20 international reported later reported MOB to FIFA for unpaid bonuses and salaries.
After over a year of the legal battle, the world football governing body has now instructed the Algerian club a 45 days deadline to pay slightly above 500 Millions FCFA to Malick and his entourage.
