The absence of an official kit option for the staff of the team has seen many calling out officials of the Federation especially it’s president, Senator Raymond Mbita.
Traditionally Cameroon national teams are usually kitted in national colors during their trips for such an important event but the recent situation of the Cameroon national handball team has been worrying to say the least.
First, the team struggled to secure a camp abroad as envisaged and even at home, getting an ideal training facility proved to be an uphill task until the week before the team’s departure to Spain.
Reports we are yet to confirm have it that, the government had handed over a hundred millions FCFA to officials of the team to prepare the competition.
Unfortunately, traveling without uniform kits takes a tool on the image of the players, team and the Federation, Just to mention but those.
The handball national team of Cameroon are deputy champions of Africa, following their brilliant run less than six months ago when the country played host to the tournament.
