Cameroon League 2 side Fauve Azur Elite have terminated their working relationship with coach Joseph Monthe with immediate effect.
President Nya Nkamendjo and the coach agreed to go separate ways on Monday.
Coach Monthe’s Fauve Azur side have struggled to get results this season.
The club is winless in their last five games and are currently occupy the last but one spot in the 15 clubs championship.
Former Canon of Yaounde and AS Fortuna coach Stephane Ndzana has been contacted for the job.
“I have been contacted but we are still to hold talks or make any official move” Ndzana told kick442.com this Tuesday.
Fauve Azur will face in-form YAFOOT FC in their next game on the 4th of January.
YAFOOT is on a run of four consecutive wins, thus presenting a tough challenge on debut for the coach or Ndzana should he switch to the club.
Coach Monthe is a free agent and can join any club of his choice.
