Machia Farida in action in the Boavista

Portuguese side SC Braga Feminine have recorded have picked up their second win in the ongoing Women’s UEFA Champions League Qualifiers taking place in Latvia.

The Portuguese champions who have Cameroonian Midfielder/Forward Farida Machia on their books took a 10th minute lead through S. Pratt and protected it for the rest of the evening.

Cameroonian forward, Farida Machia climbed off the bench just after the hour mark to help SC Braga feminine protect a first half lead and beat group leaders 1 nil to move a step towards qualifying for the group stage of the champions league.

Braga now have 6 points from 2 games and are in a good position to qualify for the next round of the 2019 Women’s UEFA Champions League.

Farida was involved from the 63rd minutes and did make meaningful contribution in helping to hold up play and carry her club forward.
