One of Nigeria’s group opponents, the French U-20 Women’s national team has released its final squad for the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
The list is dominated by players from French D1 Arkema sides, Paris Saint Germain (PSG), and Paris FC.
Three (3) goalkeepers, seven (7) defenders, five (5) midfielders, and six (6) forwards have been invited by France in a 21-player list for the tournament that will take place in Costa Rica.
Two times finalist, Nigeria’s Falconets will open its Group C campaign against France on August 11, at the Estadi National de Costa Rica, San Jose.
This will be followed by clashes against South Korea on August 14 and Canada on August 17.
