Cameroon and Al Tai full back Fai Collins, has named a surprise teammate, as his best player under the Conceiçao’s reign.
Portuguese tactician Antonio Conceiçao was dismissed from his duties as indomitable lions head coach on Monday, with former Cameroon captain, Rigobert Song Bahanag replacing him.
Fai was one of the standout performers under Conceiçao, especially in the Portuguese’s last days at the helm of the team. The Al Tai’s right Finished the 2021 AFCON as the top assist provider with four assists to his name, but has now chosen a teammate who to him was the best performer in the Conceiçao’s reign.
Cameroon’s online news outlet CFOOT, posted a picture of the indomitable lions on Twitter with the caption “Which player do you think is the best Indomitable Lion of the Conceiçao era?.

emoji attached to it.
As a matter of fact, Fai Collins was not far from the truth, if performance and consistent of indomitable lions players understand Conceiçao is to be taken into consideration.
Moumi Ngamaleu under Conceiçao
Moumi Nicolas Brice Ngamaleu was Antonio Conceiçao’s secret weapon. The Young Boys Bern’s Winger showed his beast mood time and again during Conceiçao’s close to three years tenue.
Ngamaleu was the highest used player by the Portuguese, as featured in 22 out of Conceiçao’s 23 games with the Indomitable lions. The only game he missed, was during a friendly game against Tunisia, the portuguese’s debut for Cameroon.
