Former graduate of the Samuel Eto’o foundation is celebrating 23 year’s of existence this day.

The lad was called up in the provisional list recently released by head coach Clarence Seedorf in preparation for the upcoming African football jamboree to be hosted in few weeks.

Olinga has turned out to be a journey man(6 club’s) aged 23, but the forward who was once tipped to make the art of scoring simple for the Lions has misplaced his steps and he’s now considered as any other player.

Fabrice Olinga was highly rated by Malaga, reasons why he was given a debut at 16 year’s of age-and he scored on his debut making him the youngest LA liga player to score.

For country the performances of the lad still remains flat. Olinga has worn the green, red, yellow 17 times and scored a single goal that was on his debut. Olinga was the youngest player in the 2014 world cup tournament though he remained an unused sub, in the cold of the bench.

The age is still a great one for Olinga and hopefully he start’s to show once more a glimmer of that 16-year-old boy the nation counted on to be the next Samuel Eto’o.
