15 times champions of Cameroon, Cotonsport of Garoua have left the country this morning for Lome-Togo were they will face local side Unisport of Sokode on Sunday in the preliminaries of the 2020-2021 CAF Confederation cup.
Coach Souleymanou Aboubakar has traveled with an 18-man squad comprising of two goalkeepers and 16 in-field players.
Surprisingly defenders Nkuissi Thomas Legrand, Bawak Etta Thomas and Etame Ngombe Aurelien all failed to make the cut.
The full squad includes goalkeepers; Anye Derick Fru and Narcisse Nlend Junior plus defenders Banga Solomon, Herve Ngomo, Youssoufa Haouzifi amongst others.
Yannick Ebongue, Felix Oukine, Marou Souaibou and Thierry Tchuente makes up part of the midfield while upfront Marou Souaibou, Arnaud Sibiri and Abate Lionel have all made the trip with leader Daouda Kamilou.

The boys of coach Souleymanou Aboubakar left Cameroon via the Nsimalen International Airport on Friday morning for Lome – Togo where they will challenge local side FC Unisport of Sokode in the first preliminary stages of the 2020-2021 CAF Confederation cup.
Sunday’s game at the Stade Kague in Lome Togo will be the first fixture between both sides.
It is an opportunity for Cotonsport to launch her quest to return to the group stage of the CAF interclub competitions after a three year absence.
The return game is scheduled for December 6 at the Roumde Adja Stadium in Garoua
