Former and Pioneer Cameroon Amputee Football Association CAMPUTEE President Ngala Maimo Wajiri has been appointed President of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations CONIFA Africa.
The Skilled professional sports Administrator currently serving as Media Relations Director for African Amputee Football Federation FAAF got the recent appointment as President of CONIFA Africa after serving a year with CONIFA Africa as General Secretary.
Following the talented sports coordinator’s experience in football management and disability sports, Ngala Maimo Wajiri has been tasked to coordinate and lead the African Continent in a manner to ensure growth in football amongst CONIFA members and also ensure there is a CONIFA African Cup this 2022.
Ngala Maimo Wajiri is the pioneer president of Cameroon Amputee Football CAMPUTEE, holding the position for two years, before his resignation. He is a skilled professional sports administrator with multiple years in disability sports, sports management, sports coordination, marketing and disability sports trainer.
The talented sports man is currently the Media Relations Director for African Amputee Football Federation FAAF.
The Confederation of Independent Football Associations (CONIFA) is the international governing body for association football teams that are not affiliated with FIFA. The Association was formed some eight years ago 15 August 2013, with headquarters in Luleå, Norrbotten, Sweden. The association currently has a total of 59 Members led by President Per-Anders Blind.
