According to Francefootball.fr, Eto’o’s former Barcelona teammate Ludovic Guily now has his official badges to coach a club/national team. Several African nations have been alerted on the former player’s high coaching IQ – Cameroon inclusive.
The position of head coach in the Cameroon national team is currently vacant after Dutch duo, Clarence Seedorf and – Patrick Kluivert where chased out of the den after a desperately wanting 2019 AFCON outing.
Ludovic Guily got his professional coaching license on June 14, 2019 alongside names like Real Madrid great Raul Gonzalez, Spanish midfield Xsquare – Xavi and Xabi, Victor Valdes, Esteban Cambiasso, Joan Capdevila and Luis Garcia.
The 43-year-old is currently having a coaching experience with the Monaco reserves, where he made his mark as a player, captaining the Monegasques to a losers medal in the UCL 2003/2004 season.
The Cameroon FA is carefully sizing up their options to get a worthy coach into the den, given the fact that they have hired and let go more than 7 managers in 9 years, dating from 2009.
