The Under 17 Lions of Cameroon have picked up a 3-1 win over Brasilia CF in their second friendly game out in Brazil.
On Wednesday evening the boys of coach Thomas Liibih inflicted a 3-1 defeat on their counterparts thanks to debut goal from Etienne Eto’o, Barel Fotso and AFCON 2019 most valuable player Steve Regis Mvoue.

It is the second game with such an impressive performance from the current African champions and the first outing of new forwards Etienne Eto’o of CD Mallorca and Barel Fotso of AS Roma.
It may be early days but a debut goal from Etienne Eto’o reminds everybody of the kind of striker his father was and hints on the potential in the next Eto’o.
The team will continue it’s preparation for the upcoming World Cup with more matches and intensive training in Brazilia.
The Lions have the tendency of ticking at the right moment, their recent results is reflective of their build up to the 2019 AFCON.
Cameroon face Tajikistan, Spain and Argentina when the World Cup begin from the 26th of October 2019.
