Liberty Professional Striker, Elvis Kyei Baffour has added his voice to the ongoing debate on player pay cut.
In his interview with Kumasi FM this Thursday, Elvis said he is ready to accept pay cut only if the money will be use to fight against the deadly pandemic, corona virus.
“If our salaries will be slashed to push covid-19 away, I will have no problem about it, I’m ever ready. But if it is for any other reason, then it wouldn’t help us because our salaries are not even enough and as footballers we also have some responsibilities in our family to perform.”: Baffour stated.
Kyei Baffour added that he has no problem slashing his pay for the fight against the covid-19
“If the pay cut is to purposely push covid-19 away,I will welcome it.”
