Cameroon league two outfit, Foncha Street FC of Bamenda has announced that, it will suspend training sessions until when the the team gets an exact date for the start of the 2020/2021 football season.
The players and coaching staff of the team will after Thursday’s morning training session at GTHS Bamenda go on break until further notice.
A statement from the club official Twitter handle read;
“Players and Staff of Foncha Street FC will officially stop training sessions on Thursday December 3, 2020 till further notice”.
Players and the technical staff of Foncha Street FC have been training for almost three months awaiting the start of the 2020/2021 football season. But the infighting between the Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, and the Cameroon Professional Football League has made it impossible for that to happen.
The team will resume training once a date is fixed for the start of the season.
