The Cameroon Elite One fixture pitting ten times champions of Cameroon Canon Yaounde against YOSA of Bamenda pulled the attention of a season record 7938 fans on Canon’s Facebook page plus a little over a hundred persons in the stadium on Match-day.
The game which ended on a 2-1 score in favour of the host attracted the attention of a record number of fans in the past two seasons in the Cameroon Elite One championship.
Fans from across the country, continent and globe followed the game played behind close doors as if they were in the stadium.
Canon Yaounde took to their social media handles to appreciate the fans for adopting the new offer in Cameroon Football.
KPAKUM is expected to continue broadcast their games for the season on their different social media handles especially Facebook.
YOSA returns home to host Astres of Douala in match-day four of the championship while Canon are away to UMS of Loum.
