Kadji Collins scored a 75th minute goal to salvage a point for Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda in their battle against relegation.
Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda came from behind twice to pick up a point against Colombe of Dja and Lobo.
The match played Friday, June 17, in Douala was a delayed day 18 encounter of their league.
Colombe of Dja and Lobo began the match on good footing as they took the lead in the 4th minute of play through Junior Ngongang who scored his 5th goal of the season.
The one goal removed YOSA from their shelves as they attacked from all fronts. Their dominance paid off in the 16th minute of play when Tegemo Emmanuel scored from a well-worked move to equalize for YOSA.
In the 37th minute of play, Franklin Kamleu gave Colombe the lead after a beautiful pass from Junior Ngongang.
In the second half of the match, the boys of interim coach, Ndikum Blaise mounted pressure to get back into the match.
In the 75th minute of the match, Collins Kadji equalized for YOSA.
With the scores at two goals on either side, both teams failed to get the winning goal at the end of the match.
The draw takes YOSA’s point tally of the season to 26 points while Colombe now has 34 points.
