Dragon of Yaounde’s forward Felix Kone Lottin, was at the top of his game as his side defeated New Stars of Douala 5#2 in a day 19 game at the Limbe Centenary Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Dragon who are battling against relegation, took a bold step in their survival series, as they punished fellow relegation threatened New Stars.
24_year_old forward Felix Kone scored three of Dragon’s five goals, with Success Shalom Fofe and Christian Arthur Soh also on target for the Cha Cha Cha boys.
William Ken Matam scored one of the two goals for New Stars of Douala, but could not help stop a ruthless Dragon from going home with all three points.
It was the second hat trick this season for Felix Kone Lottin, after he previously netted three times in Dragon’s 4#2 win over Renaissance of Ngoumou earlier this season, during a day four game at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium.
Kone seemingly loves Limbe and high scoring games. He has now taken his season’s tally to eight goals.

The latest win took Dragon to 20 points on the league’s table, three points away from bottom placed New Stars.
As a matter of fact, two hat tricks were scored in match day 19 in Pool B of the MTN Elite one championship. PWD’s Brilliant Awahmukala scored the fastest hat trick of the season within six minutes (54, 56, 60), despite his sides 3#4 defeat to Union de Mouvement sportif of Loum at the Fotso Victor Stadium in Bandjoun.
