Cameroon League 1 side, Dragon Sportive of Yaoundé have traveled to the Northwest capital town of Bamenda without three of their key players.
Intermediate Lions Bin Adolf Nkembe Enow, Henri Belle and Belobo Franck Steve will all miss this Sunday’s match-day day 16 clash at the Yong Sports Academy playground in Bamenda.
The midfield trio have been left out by coach François Ngoumou for varying reasons.
Club sources say Nkembe Enow’s Christmas break was extended while Belobo and Belle have been left out of the squad so they stay back in Yaoundé to prepare for their upcoming training camp with the intermediate Lions of Cameroon in Douala.
In-form YOSA of Bamenda, on a run three consecutive victories host Dragon of Yaoundé.
Dragon FC are ranked 10th and have won one of their last 3 games while YOSA is 6th.
The last league game between these sides ended on a zero-all score.
Dragon maybe without three of their most dangerous midfield options, but they have already shown mental strength in such situations before. Without their key players, they went up to Garoua and took all three points against Cotonsport earlier this season.
This Sunday’s game kicks off at 3 PM local time.
