In a repeat of the second round qualifying match, Eteki Esoh Memorial Sports Academy, EEMSA will face Njalla Quan Sports Academy, NQSA in the upcoming third round of the SW Qualifiers.
The draws for the third round of the SW Cup of Cameroon Qualifiers was conducted this Friday, March 19 at the SW FECAFOOT Bureau.
During that encounter, it was EEMSA who came from a goal down to defeat NQSA on post-match penalty shootouts. This return will particular be important for NQSA who will want to avoid a second defeat to EEMSA, while the latter will hope to continue their fine form in the competition.
There is also a meeting between two sides Prisons FC and Cinyodev FA who have faced each other in the SW Regional League. It is a local derby between the two sides in the cup of Cameroon qualifiers. In the previous encounter in the SW Regional League, it was Prisons that walloped Cinyodev FA 6-0.
Both sides will head into this encounter after concluding their first round of the SW Qualifiers. Since that defeat, Ciinyodev FA has been a changed side defeating LIFCA in Round two, while Prisons had to go through a playoff and defeating CUSA to make it into the third round.
Option Sports Limbe who defeated Isle of Hope SA will face Mt Cameroon FC. Mt Cameroon came from a goal down in the last encounter to win Buea United FC. Option Sport, who was one of the three representatives last year will hope to continue their fine form in the competition and qualify for the finals.
