As Victor Osimhen announced his arrival with 2 goals for LOSC Lille, another Nigerian is getting close to joining a French club. Henry Onyekuru is nearing a move to AS Monaco as he secured his French Visa at a time when another Nigerian, Mike Emenalo leaves the club as their Sporting Director.
Samuel Kalu on the other hand played his first competitive 90 minutes after a recent heart scare. Kalu played the full match duration for Bordeaux in their 3-1 Loss to Angers.
Belgium
Former Nigerian U-17 player, Abduljalil Ajagun was on target for his Beligian second division club in their 3-1 triumph scoring the contender for the goal of the season.
Nigeria U-23 player, David Okereke also netted in club Brugge 2-1 win over Ostende. David is currently Belgian Jupiler League leading goal scorer with four (4) goals so far this season.
