Onana, that’s his name – Onana, that’s his name! Just like the Rihanna ft Drake tune in 2010, Andre Onana is reaching for the sky yet again. After a mediocre display with the Cameroon national team the boy is back to winning ways. The keeper kept a clean sheet in Ajaxs’ 2-0 comfortable win against PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch supercup.

Andre Onana and his very much changed Ajax side picked up on Saturday where they left off last campaign, defeating arch rivals PSV Eindhoven 2-0.

Two goals in each half worked the magic for Ajax. Going for their 9th Dutch supercup title, it took teenage sensation, Kasper Dolberg just under half a minute to raise the curtain from the start before Daley blind drew second blood at the 53rd minute, with 7 minutes left to the hour mark.

After last season’s successful domestic double, Onana and his teammates have no intent on stepping their foot off the gas pedal with a strong statement of intent in the 24th edition of the Dutch supercup also known as the Johan Cruyff cup.

The 23-year-old keeper, would be looking to improve on already impressive number of 15 clean sheets in 33 games played in all competetions last season – As well as also, catching the eye of big clubs though he extended his contract to 2021 in March 2019.
