The media contents company in charge of DSTV and GOTV, Multichoice has reconnected with Super Eagles and Manchester United forward, Odion Ighalo, as their brand ambassador.
This was confirmed in a series of tweets on the company’s official social media handles.
“We are proud to reconnect with Odion Ighalo as Multichoice Brand Ambassador for the second time. Our first partnership in 2016 when he played for Watford FC, his story of grass to grace in the DSTV ‘Live Your Dream’ Campaign drew a lot of inspiration of many young Nigerians.” The tweet read.
“We are excited about Ighalo coming on board and very hopeful that this new journey will surpass the Sterling achievements of 2016, as he has proven to demonstrate a lot of grit, determination and hard work that has put him at the very top of his career as a striker for the Premier League club, Manchester United. And today is his birthday and we wish him a happy birthday and congratulations on accepting to go on this journey with us again.”
The tweet was accompanied by Ighalo’s acceptance speech and his picture.
“I am excited about my partnership with Multichoice Nigeria family as Brand Ambassador. Our first partnership in 2016 was inspirational and dear to my heart. I look forward to another exciting journey with the brand.” Ighalo said.
