The Djibouti Premier League entered week 7 with no major changes as Arta/Solar 7 maintained their lead on the summit following 3-1 away win over AS Port.
The goal scorer chat also changed with Nigerian International, Akinbinu Samuel scoring the fastest goal in the history of the league before setting up Gabriel for Solar’s second goal.
At exactly 20 seconds into the kick-off in the match between AS Port and Arta)Solar 7, former Lobi Stars of Markurdi striker, Samuel Akinbinu opened the scoring for the visitors with the goal becoming the fastest in the history of the league.
Samuel also set up teammate Gabriel to extend Solar’s lead in the afternoon and in the 73rd minutes Gabriel got his second of the day coming off Duale’s assist.
Cedric scored Port’s only goal in the 57th minute.
Solar are two points clear on the summit of the league, closely followed by CF GR/ CIAF.
Samuel and Gabriel from Arta/Solar 7 also moved joint top of the scorers chat with 7 goals each, closely followed by George of ASAS/Djibouti Telecom.
