Nigerian track and field sprinter, Divine Oduduru at the Showdown in O Town Meet in Florida, opened up his season in the men’s 400m where he clocked a Personal Best, PB of 47.35s in 4th place. www.kick442.com can report.
Great Britain’s Matthew Hudson-Smith won the race in a Season’s Best, SB of 45.55 seconds, just edging Colombian Alejandro Zapata who finished second in 45.56 seconds ahead of United States of America’s Lashawn Merritt in 45.98 seconds.
Ejowvokoghene Divine Oduduru has won a silver medal for Team Nigeria at Brazzaville 2015, and Rabat 2019 Africa Games winning three silver medals in the process.
At Brazzaville 2015 African Games, he won a silver medal with Team Nigeria 4×100 relay team. He also won silver in the 200m race.
At last year’s African Games in Rabat, Ejowvokoghene Divine Oduduru won a 200m silver medal.
He currently holds a Nigerian National record of 19.73 seconds in a 200m race.
