Ghanaian forward Daniel Lomotey has signed for Algerian side ES Sétif
ES Sétif have confirmed the signing of former U-20 attacker Daniel Lomotey from West African Football Academy.
Lomotey signed a three-year deal with the club following a successful negotiations.
The signing was
announced on the club’s official social media handles on Friday.
“Ghanaian international player Daniel Lomotey signed a three-year contract with our team, and nearly half an hour has entered national territory on his way to Setif City and will be presented next Sunday awaiting his qualification.
Lomotey had 8 goals from nine games in the Ghana Premier League before his trip Algeria.
He reportedly signed a two-and-a-half year deal with Tunisian side AS Soliman which was confirmed by their manager Yemen Zelfani but ultimately fell through after disagreements between the clubs.
