Cameroon-eligible forward Cyrill Akono of German second tier side Lubeck FC was on target in his side’s 1-1 draw at home to Kaiserslauten in match-day 31 of the championship this Saturday.
Akono scored his third goal in 13th appearances in the 31st minute off an assist from Ramaj.
Though the host protected the lead till the break, the visitors leveled scores in the 54th minute through Daniel Patrick Hanslik.
The game ended on the 1-1 score which is not a good for both sides as they attempt to make their way out of the relegation zone.
The 21-year-old Münster -born forward is still being admired and lured by the Cameroon football federation.
Traoré is eligible to represent either Germany by birth or Cameroon by descent.
Though he possesses birthright to the Cameroon nationality, he has represented only the Maschaft at all youth levels and is expected to nail his colours to the German national selection someday in future.
