All doesn’t seem to be well in the Manchester United FC camp as after the frustrating draw at home to Southampton in this Saturday’s English Premier League clash has led to an ugly incident.
The Match-Day 24 fixture which ended on a 1-1 score is now making news from another perspective; star man Cristiano Ronaldo is trending on the social media after footages emerge showing him throw spittle at his Cameroon descent attacking colleague, Anthony Elanga just after the game.
The teenage forward however failed to notice the incident but Stadium Cameras have displayed it and the video is making rounds on the social media.
Jadon Sancho had put the host ahead in the 28th minute before Che Adams’ second goal in a week spoiled the show for the United faithfuls.
This weekend’s result further dwindles Manchester United’s chances of finishing in the top four and qualifying for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
Coach Ralf Rangnick’s United is 5th on the log with 40 points to their credit after 24 games so far.
The Red Devils host Brighton at Old Trafford on Tuesday, but must sort the dressing room situation before then.
